What is Soundmade?

Soundmade is your digital backstage pass that gives you access to live concerts and exclusive video productions with the country's largest artists. We invite you to get up close and experience the atmosphere and intimate moments that take place before, during, and after the concerts.

Soundmade takes you behind the scenes where artists work on ideas and you see them creating music. You get a glimpse into how songs are created and a glimpse into what drives the artists.

On Soundmade, you can watch concerts, sessions, and documentaries with some of the largest artists and musicians in Denmark. We also take you to the festivals and talk to them, ensuring that the artists can take the stage and deliver their show.

When you have a Soundmade subscription, 30% of the amount goes to the artists and musicians you find on the platform. So the more videos you watch, the more artists and musicians you support.

How do I sign up for Soundmade? 

To sign up for Soundmade, you need to visit our website and choose the plan that best suits your needs. After entering your payment information, you will have access to all our content.

How do I access content on Soundmade?

You can access all content on Soundmade by logging into your account and selecting what you want to watch. You can search for videos on Soundmade using the search field or browse through our collections. Click on a video to watch it and enjoy the best music experience.

You can watch Soundmade anywhere and anytime you want, just as long as you have a computer, mobile device, or tablet that can access the internet.

Currently, you can only access Soundmade through a browser, but we are working towards having a Soundmade app for iPhone and Android, as well as a TV app, so you can watch Soundmade on your TV.

If you have Apple TV, you can cast the videos on your TV using your mobile, tablet, or computer.

If you have a ChromeCast, you can cast the videos on your TV using your mobile, tablet, or computer. Use Chrome (Cast).

Are there any limitations on the number of devices I can use to access Soundmade? 

No, there are no limitations on the number of devices you can use to access Soundmade. So, go ahead and enjoy our music universe on both your mobile and computer!

How do I update my payment information? 

You can update your payment information by logging into your account and clicking on "Account" or "Payment". From there, you can edit or add payment information.

Why am I unable to access certain content on Soundmade? 

If you cannot access specific content, it may be due to not having the relevant subscription or technical issues with your equipment or internet connection. Contact our customer support if you have any problems.

What happens if I forget my password? 

If you forget your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" button on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

What should I do if I experience technical difficulties with the site? 

If you experience technical difficulties, you can contact our customer support. We will help you identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How can I suggest content for Soundmade to add to the platform? 

If you have suggestions for new content you would like to see on Soundmade, you can contact us at info@soundmade.com. We welcome suggestions and will review them thoroughly.

How do I cancel my Soundmade subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription to Soundmade at any time by logging into your account. You cancel your subscription under account → subscription. In the middle of the screen, you can click; Cancel subscription. If you have a monthly subscription, you have access for the month. If you have an annual subscription, you have it for a year from the cancellation.
