When you access or use the services provided by Sounmade ApS, located at Baldersgade 4, 2200 Copenhagen N, you agree to be bound by the terms of payment, regardless of how you access the services or your user type.
These payment terms outline the conditions applicable to purchases made via our services and specify the details of the different plans and features available.
By making a payment through our services, you confirm that you are using a valid and lawful payment method and that you are legally permitted to do so. If you use someone else’s payment method, you agree that you have received their express permission for this transaction.
If you purchase a Premium subscription, it will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it. To avoid automatic renewal, log into your account settings and disable the renewal option. Deleting your account or removing the application will not cancel your subscription. You must have a premium membership before you can subscribe to an artist.
Payment Processing
All payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Google Play, iTunes, or other application platforms. You will be prompted to enter account information, and charges will be made according to the terms at the time of purchase. VAT may be applied based on your location.
If you purchase services through our website, you will be asked to enter payment card information during the account creation process. Your account will be verified upon signup.
In the event of insufficient funds, Sounmade reserves the right to invoice the full amount through a third party, including debt collection. You may incur interest on the outstanding amount in such cases.
Subscription Management
If you wish to change or cancel your subscription, please log into your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.

Changes to Payment Terms

For Artists
Artists will receive 80% of the user-generated revenue derived from their content. This revenue share is calculated after deducting applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), app store charges, and KODA fees. Payments to Artists will be processed on a monthly basis and disbursed through the designated payment method provided by the Artist. It is the responsibility of the Artist to ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date to facilitate timely transactions.
Labels and Management
Labels and management entities are required to pay a monthly subscription fee to access the application for promotional, marketing, and other exclusive features. This subscription fee provides access to a variety of tools designed to enhance visibility and engagement within the platform. Payments will be billed automatically each month unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Labels and management entities must ensure that their payment details are current to avoid any disruptions in service.
Advertisers
Advertisers are required to pay a fee to Soundmade in order to promote their products or services on the platform. The specific fee structure will be outlined during the advertising setup process and may vary based on the type and scope of the advertisement. All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the advertising campaign, and advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate to avoid delays in ad placements.
